I've spent my career where communication meets consequence — and I've loved (almost) every minute of it.

I grew up in Trinidad & Tobago and started out as a Washington DC lobbyist who transitioned to media — eventually hosting live broadcasts for half a million people as CMO of the Caribbean's largest cultural showcase (the Socadrome). Between the newsroom, advocacy work in Washington, D.C., and my corporate grounding role in finance, I learned that stories don't just report change. They create it.

That belief has been my compass ever since: guiding over $10 billion in M&A communication, leading communications for the biggest culture change in bp's 100-year history, and directing the award-winning bp London 2012 Olympic campaign. Today I'm bp's Vice President of Communications & External Affairs for the Middle East & North Africa — a member of the regional executive team, working with brilliant people across 10 countries.

Alongside the day job, I coach executives on personal brand, presence and public speaking, and advise on communication, transformation, AI and inclusion through the consultancy I founded.

Above all: I'm inspired (and kept humble) daily by my husband and son.
